Tustin was founded in the 1870's by a carriage maker from North Carolina named
Columbus Tustin.  By the late 1920's the town had reached a population of  900 people. Following World War II the suburban growth increased exponentially, leading us to today, where Tustin now boasts a population of nearly 80,000.  More people means more houses and Tustin certainly has had it own housing boom as well, including some very beautiful homes, from big to small and everything in between.
